Billing Specialist

This is a remote position, but candidates must work during core PST business hours.
Billing Specialist Qualifications
6+ months of related billing and/or accounts receivable experience.
Coursework in accounting or related field a plus.
Proficient with MS Office Suite including Excel; able to learn new systems quickly.
Strong data entry (10-key) skills.
Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on providing stellar customer service.
Efficient at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Billing Specialist Responsibilities
Perform data entry to maintain accurate accounting transactions and company records.
Process and reconcile payments, adjustments, re-bills, and refunds.
Reach out about unresolved balances and ensure payments are made.
Prepare reports and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Support audit documentation.
Salary: $19.40/hr. (DOE)
