We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to help build an exceptional workplace for state employees.

In this role, the Human Resource Manager will provide human resource partnership and support to the South Dakota Department of Corrections and their executive management team on a full range of HR services, including staffing, employee relations, legal compliance, total rewards, and workforce planning. This position supervises a team of Human Resource professionals to include Generalists and Specialists.
