As the Cost Segregation Manager, you will be responsible for managing our cost segregation process and ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will review and analyze financial documents, make adjustments to depreciation schedules, and conduct research on fixed asset laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience working in fixed asset accounting and cost segregation. You should also have knowledge of asset classification, depreciation methods, and tax laws. In addition, candidates should have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In addition to a competitive salary of $100,000 to $140,000 annually, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation & PTO, medical, dental, vision, a bonus, and a 401(k) plan.
