Join Our Team as an Outpatient/Wellness Registered Dietitian!
Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Dietitian seeking a rewarding opportunity RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in the outpatient/wellness setting for 6 hours per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nutrition services at community center location.
- Conduct nutritional assessments and offer recommendations to meet facility requirements.
- Document assessments and interventions in medical records.
- Educate patients and/or family members on nutritional needs.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary meetings and educate staff on meal service aspects.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights.
Requirements:
- Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) registration.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
