Job Title: Systems Application Analyst

• Location: Virtual
• Job Type: W2 Contract

Background/Need

The IT Asset Services team inside of ISD is responsible for the IT asset inventory, as well as the enterprise management & monitoring platforms. There is a need to have a dedicated application analyst to implement a ServiceNow based Configuration Management Database (CMDB) & asset inventory, as well as the workflow & integrations to fully-synchronize the inventory to the source data.

Major Responsibilities:

This individual will support the implementation of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and migrate existing asset inventories into it. They will work with the ServiceNow administrators & developers to bring additional functionality and reporting to the ServiceNow platform. Attention to detail, empathy & and an ability to collaborate with highly technical teams will be required for their success.

Must Have:

• Develop and document systems administration SOP's.
• Develop implementation architectures from requirements documents or high-level specifications.
• Equipment lifecycle management (computers, servers and mobility).
• Implementation and Operational Support.
• Support for asset management and compliance tracking using dedicated tools, databases.
• Translates Business Requirements into Technical Specifications.
• ServiceNow Administration.
• ServiceNow ITOM Development.
• ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• ServiceNow Multi-Source Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Administration.
• Systems Architecture.

Education & Experience: 4+ Years of relevant work experience.

Work Authorization: US Citizenship with Active Secret Clearance is required due to the nature of the work.
