Delivery Driver Job Duties and Expectations

You drive around delivering pizzas and salads, listening to music, and earning great tips! Drivers also finish orders, pack, and load them up; answer phones; enter orders on the POS; and help with cleaning tasks. We're all one team, and our collaboration makes Ian's Pizza a success!

Delivery Driver Requirements

• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, crouch, and lift up to 20-50 lbs.
• Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
• English language proficiency is required for this position.
• Must be 18+ to apply.

• Must pass the driver eligibility check and have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Delivery Driver Scheduling

9-5 is a Dolly Parton song, not a job at Ian's Pizza! Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening time, and closing shifts typically wrap up 1-2 hours after closing time. Most employees work a mix of shifts (open, mids, dinner, closing). Availability for at least 1 weekend shift and 1 late night shift per week is strongly preferred. We are currently just hiring for part-time delivery drivers.

North Ave hours: Sunday-Wednesday 11am-12am, Thursday 11am-1am, Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am.

Delivery Driver Wages and Other Benefits

• Base wage of $7.25/hour starting, paid biweekly.
• $1/hour additional for high-need shifts, paid on paycheck.
• $3/per run reimbursement (1-3 orders per run).
• Tips averaging $4-$10/hour, varies by location and shift, paid at the end of each shift.
