Job description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the Digital Marketing Associate position that will work closely with the marketing department to determine unique ways to spread awareness about RockBox Fitness and drive potential new members to our studios. This role will help determine market trends and identify target audiences to establish a direction for digital advertising campaigns. The Digital Marketing Associate will work to create and optimize campaigns through paid social and paid search (PPC) channels, while also exploring new and innovative platforms for studios to utilize for lead generation.

What you will be doing:

• Design, create and optimize digital advertisements in order to increase the number of membership prospects for RockBox studios
• Determine ideal market segmentation, channels, and placements prior to campaign launch
• Create campaign timelines, content cadence, and creative strategy to increase lead generation for studios
• Execute campaigns effectively, on schedule, and within budget
• Monitor all outlets and resources for campaign impact and progress - pull associated reporting and results to evaluate the success of campaigns and share success metrics with Franchise owners
• Stay updated on all market insights, advertising techniques, and offerings to optimize marketing tactics
• Optimize landing page content for sales conversions and prospect submissions
• Create and implement strong email communications for lead nurture and re-engagement campaigns.

What We’re Looking For?

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field - preferred
• Demonstrated experience in campaign management, demand generation, direct marketing and digital marketing. 
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple digital resources in a complex, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to maintain multiple marketing channels with strong communication of goals and results both within the team and with management. 
• Strong analytical skills, notably the ability to test, measure and optimize, along with the ability to spot trends in data and distill insight. 
• Ability and willingness to think strategically and act/implement tactically.  This is a hands-on position.
