Job description
This Position is flexible and can sometimes be ON-CALL. Will usually be from 11-4pm Fri-Sun. Great position for someone who has a job that doesn't interfere with those hours.
Your responsibilities include keeping track of the tickets, and how long they have been in, so we don't run over 10 minute ticket times. Maintaining a clean and organized station and keeping good communication with the kitchen, cashier, and customers. Boxing up orders, making sure to keep the packaging clean and tight.
Garnishing some focaccia and other items with grated parm and herbs. Calling out orders as they come in. Building orders, putting them in the bag, and walking them out to the customers quickly, efficently, and with a smile.
Light prep work required. (Cutting focaccia slices before service.)
Previous food handling experience is mandatory. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, organized and motivated to thrive in this position. Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
