S 3 , Inc. has wholly owned subsidiaries that expand the customer base and increase our annual growth rate: KBFS – provides aviation pilot training, heavy lift, aircraft maintenance, and related aircraft services to Government and commercial requirements IAW multiple FAA certifications; S3I – provides OCONUS FMS technical services, maintenance, and aviation platform training; and GLSS – provides SCA/CBA contract aviation maintenance.

S 3 , Inc. has an immediate requirement for a Program Analyst- FMS to support the STORM PO on Redstone Arsenal, AL

Position Description:

The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) funded Data Management Analyst will provide Data Management expertise in support of signed Partner Nations Project Agreements (United Kingdom, Finland, Italy, and Australia) and FMS Cases (Poland, Australia)..

Responsibilities :

• Review of all technical data requests, remarking of the documentation IAW MOU/FMS cases/DDL and released in accordance with the PMO’s process.

• Make redactions that need to be made to the documents before release is authorized.

• Support partner nations who would like to produce these systems in their countries.

• Transfer of data into formats that can be used by signed Partner Nations Project Agreements (United Kingdom, Finland, Italy, and Australia) and FMS Cases (Poland, Australia)..

Experience/Skills Required :

• Possess a Secret or higher DoD security clearance.

• Bachelors’ degree and 7 years of experience related to data management/database development.

• 5 years of experience dealing with military systems hardware and associated data.

• 3 years of experience reviewing technical data requests and making relevant recommendations.

• 3 years of experience coordinating between functional areas or organizations to address data or database deficiencies and resolving issues.

• 3 years of experience coordinating within a government agency in the area Foreign Military Sales or dealings with foreign entities.

• 3 years of experience working in integrated product team addressing hardware and software on weapon systems.

• 3 years of experience providing/briefing leadership with status of program and associated actions and accomplishments.

• Must be familiar with Foreign Military Sales requirements for the US government and associated data requests by FMS customers.
