Job Summary:
Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Marketing is a dynamic, results-driven marketing team responsible for positioning films released by Disney (live action), Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, Lucasfilm and Marvel Studios. This organization oversees the Studios’ global marketing strategy encompassing creative, media, digital, international, promotions, publicity, research, special events, and synergy, and handles some the most valuable film brands and franchises of all time. Thanks in large part to the efforts of the marketing team, The Walt Disney Studios was the first studio to pass $7 billion at the global box office in 2016 and now has broken records in 2019!
We’re looking for a Coordinator to join a team that is focused on our Disney+ brand and Disney bundle as well as home entertainment. This individual will play a critical role in the evolution of Disney+ and post theatrical media campaigns. If you have a passion for media planning & strategy, then we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative support for Director
- Internal and external meeting coordination, including logistics/preparation/invitations/materials for the above-mentioned executive as well as (2) Managers
- Weekly preparation of materials, to be organized and distributed in partnership with Director and team
- Maintain creative deadline documents for both Brand/Bundle and Post Theatrical windows
- Help coordinate the tracking and delivery of assets and/or creative materials for Brand/Bundle and Post Theatrical windows
- Partnering and working extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc
- Book travel arrangements in a timely manner
- Preparation of all business-related expenses for Director using SAP travel proxy role and ensuring expense reports are completed and filed in a timely manner
- Order supplies/materials and process invoices where necessary using SAP
- Ad hoc preparation of PowerPoint/Keynote decks
- Manage BOX folders in partnership with Media Agency
- Supports departmental projects as needed
Basic Qualifications

Preferred
- Relevant experience in media or advertising preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient/Advanced in MS Office – specifically in Excel & PowerPoint (and/or Keynote)
- Proficient in PC and MAC
- SAP Experience
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,300 to $66,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
