Job description

The Operations department is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of client account records and providing accurate client account information using the Advent AXYS portfolio accounting system. Strong knowledge and experience with the Advent suite of portfolio accounting systems (AXYS, DATAPORT) required. Microsoft Access and Excel experience preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Associate with at least 3 years of Advent experience to join the team. The individual will be responsible for the following:

• Daily Administration and Reconciliation of Client Portfolios
• AXYS DataPort interface management
• Daily Account Data Downloads - DataPort
• Monthly Account Reconciliations
• Ensuring Taxable Account Cost Basis Matches Custodians
• Account Maintenance - Security Movements, Account Mergers, Transfers
• Preparing/Reviewing/Mailing Quarterly Client Reports
• Periodic and Ad-hoc Management Reporting
• Back-up and Cross-train for Other Team Members
• Assist Chief Operating Officer with Other Department Projects as Needed
