Job description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Shipyard Container Welder and Mechanic for a project located in Seattle, WA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $34/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

• Clean and repair damaged containers
• Repair, maintain and perform perventative maintenance on containers
• Sheet metal fabrication
• Installation and removal of plywood flooring
• Inspect and analyze containers for proper repair
• Prepare items for welding by disassembling parts
• Gathering parts as needed
• Update schedules and software

• Welding experience and knowledge required
