Job Description:
We are currently seeking passionate Barber Instructors to join our team. As a Barber Instructor, you will play a vital role in mentoring, teaching, and motivating our students to excel in the Barber industry.

Responsibilities:

Provide engaging instruction to students both in the classroom and on the clinic floor, utilizing our approved curriculum.
Mentor and coach students to develop their skills and prepare them for success in the field.
Ensure students are prepared to pass the State Board exam and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in administrative duties such as attending faculty meetings, maintaining accurate records, and providing guidance to students.
Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid Barber license in accordance with state regulations.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Barber.
Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Availability for both day and evening positions, with some potential for remote work.
