Job Title: RF/EMC Test Engineer
Location: Fremont CA area
Salary: $95K-$140K
Requirements: Calibration, Test Plan Set Up, FCC/ISED

We are looking for an experienced RD and EMC Testing Engineer to join our top tier global regulatory compliance RF, EMC, and certification testing lab . What You Will Be Doing

Adhere to complex defined test plans and datasheets with appropriate supervision/support.
Evaluate test performance, sample operation to evaluate test results. Record/ explain results and complete test report.
Act as Project Lead for simple test programs with necessary assistance. Communicate project status and results. Responsible for defining test plan, report completion and report accuracy, hitting deadlines, managing project related activities.
Examine complex customer samples, learn to operate appropriate tests for each case. Work with customers during setup and operation to ensure proper evaluation.
Understand specific test standards and product technology for scope of responsibility within Information Technology Equipment (example: FCC/ISED for EMC/RF testing)
Direct, build and/or adapt simple test setups and equipment for assigned work, based on test plans and instructions from engineering teams.
Operate and maintain complex test equipment appropriately, measure and test customer samples. Perform complex maintenance on designated test equipment and lab area. May perform complex calibration of test equipment
Position will grow into a leadership role

Bachelors of Science or related field
