About Your Next Opportunity:

HTC VIVE is looking for a ISV Partner Director to join our enterprise sales team. In this role, you'll support and grow partnerships, enable our ISV and referral partners, and oversee the development and management of existing and new strategic partners.

Success in this role relies on your proactive ownership and passion for developing these critical relationships within a highly visible and influential industry.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identify potential ISV partners based on strategic fit, market demand, and alignment with company goals.
• Lead the onboarding process, including contract negotiations, technical integration, and operational alignment.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing ISV partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Act as a liaison between the company and ISV partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
• Collaborate with ISV partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Explore new business opportunities and revenue streams through strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities related to ISV partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify potential ISV partners and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless integration of ISV solutions with our platform.
• Facilitate technical discussions and support integration efforts between our products and ISV offerings.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ISV partnerships, measuring the impact on revenue, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
• Provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders on partnership progress and results.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities):

• Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree.
• 8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances in the ISV ecosystem.
• Experience implementing effective joint GTM programs for ISV technology partners, including joint sales enablement, demand generation, lead tracking, deal registration, and joint sales reporting.
• Experience working with partners specializing in immersive technology (i.e., AR/VR).
• Track record of driving revenue through partners with structured programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using the following: SalesForce, Office 365, Power BI, Teams, and Asana.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Primary work location is indoors.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and long periods of detailed work with VR equipment.
• The employee is regularly required to sit.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

At the time of posting, HTC's estimated annual base salary for this position is $144,100 - $160,000 USD. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including candidate skills, qualifications, experience, business needs, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for participation in our discretionary bonus programs.
