Position: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Doral, FL (9850 NW 41st Suite 350)

Duration: 6-month contract to start

Compensation: $19 - $22 per hour

What You'll Do:

Verify logistics costs, make payments, and settle based on contracts while minimizing unnecessary costs.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to meet customer demand.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
Manage logistics freight rates for shipping and warehousing vendors and insurers.
Analyze logistics costs and ensure accurate payments.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience with ERP systems a plus
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
