Job description
We are looking for someone to answer phones and take messages. Must be friendly and have great customer service skills. We use a phone system that allows calls to be forwarded to different extensions. We prefer someone that can work out of our office in Boca Raton. Can be remote part of the time as long as candidate is able to answer all calls. Will learn how to assist our scheduler. There is growth potential for the right candidate.
