Job description

Join our dealership team as a Diesel Technician specializing in our Sprinter brand! We're seeking candidates with a strong background in diesel diagnostics and repairs. While dealership experience is preferred, it's not essential. We're looking for motivated self-starters to join our team in our comfortable, air-conditioned Sprinter Bay. The lead technician will have the support of an apprentice to assist with repairs and keep up with our expanding business demands. • Preventive Maintenance
• Diagnostic Experience
• Mechanical Repairs
• Troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• One or more years of experience working in an automotive sales department required
• Staff management is desired
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Excellent product knowledge, customer service skills, administrative skills, and organizational skills are necessary to manage inventory effectively
