We are a 55 year old specialty commercial contractor based in the upper Midwest. We offer precon services, interior/exterior framing & finishes. We also offer drywall, framing, painting, fireproofing, acoustical ceilings, etc. We are urgently looking for a Drywall Superintendent in Austin, TX & Jeffersonville, OH.The primary focus of the Superintendent will be to assure that a job is completed on-time, and on-budget. In addition they need to develop good customer relationships to assure that they are the partner that helps drive the job with the GC/Customer or Client. The Superintendent is primarily accountable for assuring that assigned jobs adhere to the standards for Safety, Customer and Team Relationships, Quality, Schedule, Production our number one priority. In addition the Superintendent is in responsible for the Personnel Development by managing field foreman and is the recruitment, selection, placement and evaluation of all assigned individuals both employees and subcontractors.
- 5+ years Superintendent experience
- 5+ years experience commercial drywall, framing, acoustic ceilings, etc.
- Project experience includes healthcare, schools, high-rises, condos, etc.
- Effective leadership & communication skills
- Salary $100-115k + annual bonus
