Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our Loyalty Chevrolet Cadillac Service Department team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing transportation solutions to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport customers to and from our service department in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance, making the customer's experience enjoyable.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding transportation needs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Chevrolet and Cadillac vehicles is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
