Position Summary:

Rutgers University, an urban public research university and anchor institution located in New Jersey, is seeking a Manager for Rutgers Business School Executive Education ( RBSEE ) Center. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Executive Education, the Manager manages a portfolio of management and executive programs for corporate clients and individuals. These programs are offered as custom corporate programs, on-site corporate programs, open enrollment programs to the general public, and online to both the general public and corporate customers.

This position is responsible for and not limited to the following:

• Plans, designs, delivers and evaluates both new and existing programs
• Functions independently, comfortable in establishing and building relationships with senior managers and faculty
• Diagnoses complex organizational issues
• Identifies business opportunities and ensures their successful delivery

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, organizational behavior, organizational development or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or entrepreneurial experience in the corporate or university environment designing and delivering management education programs.
• A minimum of five years related experience.
