Job description
Skills and Responsibilities:
Candidate must have experience in leading a team of 10 - 12 resources in the capacity of a solution architect.
Candidate must have experience in at least one full-fledged implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud.
Experience on production support is nice to have Hands-on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
Must have a functional exposure of Oracle Incentive Compensation (end to end flow)
Must have experience in development of data conversions into Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation
Must have hands on experience in development of SQL, PLSQ to create custom rules in Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation
Hands-on experience on Analysis & configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit, and classification rules in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud
Candidate must be able to analyze all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
Experience in Oracle Partner relationship management for sales compensation for dealers/partners.
Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud for integration between source systems and Oracle incentive compensation for transactional data.
