Job Title: Technical Sales Manager
Job Location: Midland, TX
Salary Range: Base $150 - $200K + 10-20% commissions OTE: $165-240K ++

Requirements: We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team in the Chemical Applications industry for Oil and Gas. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong sales background and proven success in managing all aspects of successful sales activities in the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a keen focus on customer service, business development, and meeting client goals.

What You Will Be Doing

As Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts and developing our growing team. You will oversee the creation and implementation of sales strategies, manage CRM systems, and ensure that KPIs are met. You will also work with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of customer service and successful sales operations.

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of experience in chemical applications
- 7 + years of business development, sales management, and CRM experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Established relationships in the upstream market specifically stakeholders in E&P, water management, midstream operations
- Ability to travel and attend industry events
- Demonstrated leadership skills
