In short, as the Payroll Intern you will have the opportunity to prepare and process data for multiple companies in multiple states using UltiPro payroll system.
In long, the Payroll Intern will assist in:
- Running daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Help review and audit incoming employee data from Self Service and Onboarding systems
- Learn how to calculate retroactive pay adjustments
- Answer help-desk tickets
- And much more!

The Specifics.
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s with a graduation date of 12/2024 - 5/2025
- 1-2 years of payroll experience required; payroll tax knowledge desired
- Moderate Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience working in a high volume environment
- Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 2024 to August 2024
- Internships will be based out of our Home Office in Tempe, AZ
- You can expect a regular on-site schedule Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
