Job description

THE POSITION

Are you interested in furthering your clerical skills and knowledge? The Department of Labor & Industry is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Clerical Assistant 3. This position supports the Referee staff in processing UC appeals involving varied and complicated legal issues. These appeals are filed from determinations issued by UC Service Centers as well as remands from the UC Board of Review. Apply with us today.


DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Duties of this position include managing Referee’s hearing schedule, preparing hearing notices, scheduling services for hearings and transcribing decisions from digital recording.
