Job description
The Remote Experience Coordinator is responsible for converting scheduled appointments into mobile service, or pick up and delivery.
Mobile Service Coordinator Duties:
- Scheduling appointments using various software.
- Repair order management ensuring proper tracking of qualified events.
- Dispatch / appointment routes.
- Technician communication, coordinate each day’s schedule with the Technician, ensuring the service vehicle is clean and appropriately stocked.
- Guest service.
- Identify new areas of opportunity to grow the business.
- Coordinate off-site events to introduce mobile service to new guests.
- Execute pick up and delivery trips.
