- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Ensure layout, materials and troubleshoot site conditions
- Manage vendors to ensure the job is completed on time and on budget
- Constructing billing sheets, change orders, purchase orders
- Mentor other team members
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Residential/Multi-Family construction project experience
- Project Management skills/experience
