Job description
Looking for Class A OTR drivers interested in a fantastic lease purchase opportunity.
Minimum 23 years old
At least 2 years Class A OTR driving experience in the last 3 years
Average weekly take-home after expenses: $2450-$2575/WK

Reefer with pay starting at $1.65-$1.77/Mile (based on experience including FSC)
Base rate of 1.29-1.32/Mile plus FSC
FSC changes weekly; current rate is 35 cpm as of 19.01.24
Average weekly miles: 2700-3200
Reefer grosses approximately $4700-$5650+/WK weekly
100% no-touch freight
Lease payment: $308/WK with $.23CPM on all miles
Week off? Only pay $308/WK
Trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and are Freightliner Cascadia models.

Driver responsibilities:
Driving more miles means a faster truck payoff. Weekly net includes coverage for repairs, tires, and standard maintenance at $.07CPM for trucks under 400K miles and $.12CPM for those above 400K miles.
The lease buyout is $1 - no balloon - with the option to walk away anytime.
Please note: Applicants must not have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test (SAP program disqualifies). No exceptions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 23 years old with at least two years Class A OTR driving experience in the last three years
Residence requirement: South of I-40 or within 25 miles of I-40 (no applicants from LA, CA, or south of Orlando, FL)
Max 3 moving violations in the last three years (no major violations)
Max 2 incidents in the last three years (non-DOT Reportable Preventable)
No more than six jobs in the last three years
No felonies in the last ten years (misdemeanours reviewed case by case)
No DUIs in a personal vehicle in the last 10 years; only 1 in a lifetime
No DUI in a commercial vehicle or failed/refused DOT drug/alcohol test ever
Accepting drivers with auto restrictions
