The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are excited to announce our search for a full-time, on-site Operations Coordinator   for our office in Tampa, FL ! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by ensuring compliant, accurate and timely processing of payroll and billing while supporting the operations of the company.  .

  1. Processes payroll hours and any holiday, vacation, bonus or commission payments due to Associates in an accurate, timely manner.
  2. Ensures proper processing of payroll deduction items such as uniform and equipment deductions.
  3. Works closely with internal staff to obtain and verify payroll items to be processed.
  4. Resolves and responds to payroll related inquiries in a timely manner.
  5. Maintains and provides Operations Reports as assigned.
  6. Assists in maintaining the Payroll Transfer Program (PTP). This includes onboarding our horse trainer clients as both client and employee.
  7. Requests Certificates of Insurance upon request.
  8. Processes client invoices and assists with collection efforts related to any outstanding client balances.
  9. Handles all client NSFs to ensure the outstanding balance is sufficiently satisfied and additional fees are charged as needed. Additionally, alerts management to any ongoing solvency issues as it relates to a client company.
  10. Performs the client onboarding and applicant registration process to completion as it pertains to the PTP line of business.
  11. Assists with companywide compliance audits as needed.
  12. Maintains SharePoint site by ensuring all documents posted are up to date and accurate.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, bachelors degree is preferred. Three (3) years of administrative experience is required.
