Bachelor degree or above, major in Filipino, more than 2 years related working experience is preferred;
Familiar with online literature and original novel websites, sound reading foundation, and good sensitivity to content;
Excellent writing skills, write analysis and summary reports independently;
Calm, patient, good team work spirit;
Strong communication skills. 1. Sign and follow-up of web novels: screen and review potential works, and continue to follow up the performance of works;
Maintain and develop positive business relationships with authors; help the author solve problems, and manage the community;
Find out potential novel authors: search excellent online articles and establish cooperative relationships with new novel authors.
