Now, we're on the lookout for a Project Management Lead to join our Project Management, North America team 💼
Are you the go-to person who makes things happen?
We're on the hunt for a Lead Project Manager who's a wizard at juggling complex deliveries and a natural at rallying the troops. You're the one who can make sense of chaos and turn it into a well-oiled machine.
Your attention to detail is next level and your organization skills are top-notch . You're the one who can work your magic solo or jump in with the team , no matter how different they are. Communication? You've got it down , whether it's with the team or our clients.
Think of yourself as the master of projects , pulling the strings to make sure everything runs like clockwork while being the go-to person for your team, internal teams, our leaders and clients.
You're always looking for ways to streamline processes and make sure clients are at the heart of everything you do . You know your PMP stuff and can put it into action like a pro.
As our Project Management Lea d, you will be the one with the master plan, making sure everything is in its right place and ticking along nicely. You will be juggling deliverables, resources, and different teams on a daily basis . As a true project management trailblazer, you will l ead and inspire the current team of project managers and ensure our clients are always over the moon with the work the agency produces. You will use your skills to keep projects on track, on budget, and of the highest quality, all while rolling with the punches.
You'll be the guru of our agency processes , rallying the troops and hooking up with the account management team to push out top-tier solutions by having an eagle eye on the Scope of Work, making sure everything's up to standards. Plus, you will be the numbers ninja, managing budgets like a boss and keeping stakeholders in the loop.
When it comes to project plans and timelines , you will be the architect alongside the PM team working in collaboration crafting them, maintaining them , and high-fiving the account team along the way. Your direct reports will look to you for guidance and coaching all while you keep your sights fixed on the agency's big goals.
You will be the VP of Project Management’s right hand , gaining results by swapping your magician's hat for the hard hat as you build on current processes to ensure projects are running seamlessly and efficiently at all times.
You will also have room to shake things up with some fresh project frameworks , using your crystal clear communication to steer the ship with confidence and smashing those KPIs allowing you to lead the charge .
You'll also be the leader of our PM team , steering our Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Associate Project Managers towards success on every client project we've got cooking in North America.
