As a Premium Audit Processor, you'll process premium audit adjustments assigned, as outlined in the insurance contract, with minimal supervision. You'll process and issue premium audits final statements including but not limited to Work Comp, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Stock, Garage Liability – Dealer and Non-Dealer, Business Owners Liability, and cancellations. You'll communicate and interface with other departments, insureds and agents in resolving audit related issues.

We'll count on you to:
- Match printed final audit to audit worksheets. Compare data in the final audit to information contained in the company policy processing and billing systems to ensure consistency. Enter data from final audit into PATS.
- Prepare final audit for distribution to the insured or agent and Imaging Department.
- Demonstrate ability to read and comprehend instructions provided for navigation and effective use of Genesys policy system, PATS audit subsystem, VA3i imaging system and BPM imaging system, FAB accounting system, external site rating bureaus and other system supported tools.
- Follow appropriate procedures around very large audit adjustments.
- Meet established production goals while maintaining high levels of quality. Manage work to meet established company service standards.
What you need to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); at least one year of multi-line, multi-state, commercial rating experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Completion of or working toward AINS or similar courses
- Strong listening skills coupled with critical thinking capability to successfully action multiple steps
- Accuracy and attention to detail when keying information
- Ability to hold self accountable for quality and quantity standards
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you'll prioritize and organize assigned tasks
- Operate with urgency and professionalism
- Strong quantitative skills and problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
