TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Production Coordinator!
The Production Coordinator performs various standard production task including but not limited to acting as the back-up/support Production Lead in their absence, receiving inspection, quality support, and management of shift data
Job Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Production Lead, the Production Coordinator will facilitate various processes on the assigned shift.
- Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the companyâs Quality System.
- Enters shift data into the appropriate systems
- Report issues or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials and labor to Shift Supervisor and or appropriate party..
- Work closely with support staff such as Technicians, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Supervisor, Materials/Warehouse to resolve issues.
- Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with Production Supervisor.
Requirements - High School diploma or GED preferred.
- This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7AM to 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $18 - $20
