Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who possesses a unique blend of analytical prowess and creative intuition. In this role, you will oversee direct response marketing initiatives for a family of websites generating $50 million in revenue and attracting 500,000 annual visits. As a pivotal team member, you'll coordinate external creative teams, analyze data to optimize performance, and expand paid social marketing channels strategically. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities :
- Direct Response Marketing Management: Drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement for our client's websites.
- External Creative Team Coordination: Collaborate with external creative teams to implement strategic campaigns and message buildouts.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Review KPIs, analyze data, and optimize performance to achieve desired outcomes.
- Paid Social Marketing Growth: Expand paid social marketing channels by more than $2 million annually on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Customer Retention Strategies: Develop long-term customer retention strategies focusing on subscriptions or repeat purchases.
- Strategic Funnel Design: Design strategic funnels to guide customers through the purchasing journey effectively.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Build forecasts and custom reports to track direct response marketing revenue and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Marketing Campaign Calendars: Develop marketing campaign calendars for 6-12 week periods, aligning with organizational objectives and timelines.
- Performance Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports communicating advanced KPIs and metrics to the C-Suite, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 4+ years of agency or in-house experience with social media marketing on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- 4+ years of agency or in-house experience producing or creating written or video content.
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, incorporating consumer behavior, performance metrics, and successful conversion methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal, team-building, and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in overseeing and reporting results on A/B tests and dynamic personalization.
- Basic computer skills.
