Job Title: HVAC Project Engineer
Location: Arvada, CO
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 a year
Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (Preferred but industry experience will be considered)

Assist our Commercial Project Manager in various areas including but not limited to Permitting, Inspections, Subcontractor Coordination, Equipment Costing, Invoicing, Scheduling, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is recently graduated or looking to get into management in the future!
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (Preferred but industry experience will be considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
- Ability to review construction drawings and documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to difficult situations
- Ability to read spec sheets, cut sheets, and other standard industry documentation
- Ability to take feedback from the field or management and apply constructive criticism to ensure the team moves forward
