As a forward-looking HR professional supporting our Disney Entertainment and ESPN Technology (DE&E Technology) organization, you will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership by developing and delivering integrated and inclusive HR Services Strategy Development, Organization Design, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Change & Transition Management, DE&I, and Functional HR Integration. 

The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner will contribute to and lead the execution of human resources strategies and solutions to support the needs of the Content Operations organization. As the Senior Manager, you will lead and facilitate all HR programs and strategies in support of the client group through deep collaboration with the clients, HR functional groups, and other HR business partners. This role will guide the HRBP team and proactively assess business and organizational performance to develop HR solutions that enable business strategies, cultivate leadership success, and drive the employee experience.

Education 

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA and Bristol, CT is $155,900 - $199,000 per year and in New York, NY is $163,400 - $209,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
