Join Thread as an HR Advisor today. The best candidates will be HR generalists with hands-on experience who want to join a growing business as an HR consultant working with multiple small businesses.
The HR Advisor will have 25-30 clients who need compliance help (audits, form revisions, handbook updates), management coaching (employee relations, supervisory training, liability minimization), best practices (efficiency, improved candidate and employee experience), and more. The right candidate will be certified, enthusiastic about working with various sized companies and industries, knowledgeable about employment laws, have some consulting experience, be organized and productive, and great at getting things done and building professional relationships. Consulting is virtual and in-person.
The HR Advisor is supported by an HR Specialist and has access to employment law and HR support resources. We have a driven and fun group who loves to help clients and continue to learn about HR.
