Here is what you will be doing:
- Greet all customers promptly and professionally
- Determine customer’s primary concern and then review additional maintenance needs at time of write up
- Offer a Multipoint inspection and a technician video to every customer
- Provide electronic estimates, with the customer and dealership’s best interest in mind
- Provide status updates on a regular basis
- Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
- Other duties as assigned
Here is what you will need:
- A Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor Experience Required
- A CSI focused mindset
- A proven track record of GP, ELR & Hours per RO
- A clear understanding of providing a highline guest experience
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
- Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
- Valid driver’s license
