Marketing Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is thrilled to partner with our client, a leading company in the electronic consumer product industry, to fill the position of Marketing Manager. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies for our client's in-house brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve brand objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between brand positioning and product offerings.
- Manage advertising campaigns, including print, digital, social media, and other channels, to effectively communicate brand messaging to target audiences.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support brand initiatives and drive business results.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management and marketing.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles in the CPG industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HootSuite, and social media tools are a huge plus.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with portfolio management is a plus.
- Prior experience in team management or leadership roles preferred.

Job Details: Location: Edison, NJ, Onsite M-F
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, with full-time benefits
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
