About the Role: Working directly with the company’s Chief Strategy Officer and larger Strategy Office, the Strategy Intern will help document Click’s corporate strategy, update it in response to emerging information, and communicate it throughout the organization. Supported by an Associate in the Strategy Office, the Strategy Intern will participate in possible projects such as the creation of thought leadership, annual strategic planning activities, and the development of tactical plans to execute our 5-Year vision. As part of this role, the Intern work closely with executive leadership and internal cross-functional teams, as well as interface with our network of external experts and consultants.
This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. This is a hybrid internship in which you will come to the office Tuesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities: - Support cross-functional meetings and engage key stakeholders across the company to conduct strategic planning.
- Example projects may include:
- Assist the Strategy Office with developing and documenting Click’s corporate strategy. Assist with authoring materials and visuals such as presentations and white papers to communicate these both internally and externally.
- Work with the strategy team to identify and develop opportunities into key strategic initiatives that will advance the success of Click, its portfolio, and the digital therapeutics industry. Conduct research, coordinate workshops, and facilitate discussions on strategic initiatives, as appropriate.
- Advance the governance for the strategy function within Click by establishing methods for setting and updating strategy, producing strategy deliverables, and communicating strategy within the organization for applicable projects.
Qualifications: - Rising Junior or Senior undergrad
- Bachelor’s degree in progress in Business, Life Sciences, or related field from a top-tier university with a strong academic track record.
- Superb writing, visual design, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Facility working with cross-functional teams, company leadership, and subject matter experts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and drive projects, meeting all deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Highly adaptable to a dynamic atmosphere of changing requirements and scope.
- Able to correspond with internal and external contacts in a professional manner.
Compensation: $22/hr
Hours and Duration: This is a part-time, 30 hours/week position. The internship will have a duration of 11 weeks, from May 15th - July 26th 2024.
