Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Onsite – Mechanicsburg, PA
Position Overview:
Adecco is assisting a well-known client in sourcing a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional image for the company.
Shift: Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm
Payrate: $18/hr.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Phone Handling: Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals promptly and professionally.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments, including sorting and distributing mail, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining office supplies.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring seamless logistics.
Customer Interaction: Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including visitor logs, appointment schedules, and company directories.
Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic office equipment.
