Northeast Family Services is looking for dynamic paraprofessionals in Illinois to provide services to clients in their homes and community. You will work with a team of professionals providing an innovative service in Illinois.

The Youth Community Mentor will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients to increase their skills building in their own community!

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth, and families 
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorder or children with (ASD) autism spectrum disorder
• Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation: 

• Full-time: Salary $50,000 - $55,000
