Job description
Responsibilities:
- Own and develop strategy plus manage daily relations with a portfolio of agency partners aiming to surpass their expectations and stimulate growth.
- Serve as the primary contact for agencies addressing all inquiries and fostering trusted advisor relationships by understanding their needs and how they align with our solutions.
- Strategically upsell our product offerings to agencies and their clients to support their achievement of goals leveraging a deep understanding of our solutions.
- Conduct business reviews with agencies and clients providing optimization and media planning advice.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities within the agency portfolio.
- Analyze advertising campaign performance ensuring alignment with client goals focused on retargeting acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution goal achievement and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Accurately forecast portfolio performance and achieve individual revenue targets.
- Balance strategic thinking with tactical action to capitalize on longterm opportunities while meeting revenue goals.
- Communicate internally about trends or challenges reported by agencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of direct client management experience in a datacentric environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in the advertising/marketing industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability in managing and expanding client relationships in a dynamic innovative and salesdriven environment.
- Selfmotivated with a drive to provide exceptional service and achieve optimal campaign performance.
- Capable of strategic and tactical thinking balancing longterm visions with immediate revenue objectives.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Proven analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Teamoriented with a collaborative approach to working across multiple departments.
- A strong passion for relationship building driving sales and growth.
- Experience with Agencies and eCommerce Retail clients is preferred.
