Duties:
Communicate with all the customers pertaining to the following: quotes, orders, returns, issues, customer satisfaction
Process incoming purchase orders, work order creation for production, returns paperwork
Daily maintenance of production schedule (Excel)
Maintain quote log (Excel) and send out quotes to customers
Monthly KPI of sales, on time delivery and quoting (Powerpoint)
Maintain customer satisfaction levels
Fill in for shipping as needed

Exceptional customer service etiquette
Very high attention to detail
Organizational minded
Ability to multi-task maintaining accuracy and organization
Dependable
Microsoft office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Electronics/Cable background preferred
Manufacturing background preferred.

Quick learner
Hourly rate: $17-22 depending on experience and skill set. This is a 6 month contract position that will turn permanent.
