Job description

Schedule: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Sat 10:00 am - 05:30 pm 5-days a week with alternate Saturdays Overtime in the Fall.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconcile and process Accounts Payables
• Must make sure those payables are paid and mailed in order to meet due dates by and take discounts as available
• Request missing invoices
• Contact Vendor for discrepancies on statement as needed
• Request Vendor’s W-9 form 
• Research payment status for staff and vendors as needed
• File all paid statements by location

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ Years of experience processing accounts payables
