Job Title: Senior Superintendent
Job Location: Riverdale, MD
Job Salary: $115,000 - $135,000
Requirements: 
- Associates Degree
- 10 years of general contracting experience
- Experience working on government projects
- Experience overseeing other superintendents

We are a general contractor primarily working in the government sector for over 30 years. Our work is primarily in secure environments, such as military bases, schools, government buildings, and other public spaces. We are looking for a highly experienced Sr. Superintendent to join our construction team. What You Will Be Doing

As a Sr. Superintendent, you will be working in the DC Metro area on HUD Housing projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of your own construction projects, as well as managing other superintendents. You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and employees to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for ensuring that safety regulations are met at all times.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in this role and be able to use their knowledge, skill, and experience to manage the construction process from start to finish. The successful candidate should have experience working on government projects.

What You Need for this Position

Requirements: 
- 10+ years of experience as a superintendent for a general contractor
- Associates degree
- Experience working on government projects
- Experience overseeing other superintendents
