In the role of Operations Manager at Gambhir Cosmetic Medicine, you will have a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our cosmetic clinics. This position entails overseeing a team of approximately 40-50 employees across multiple locations and holding them accountable for their daily responsibilities.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $85,000- $100,000

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the cosmetic clinic in Exton, PA, US, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing overall business performance.
- Oversee the implementation of quality control processes and compliance standards to ensure the highest level of service and safety for both clients and staff.
- Identify areas for improvement in workflow processes and implement efficient solutions to optimize operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to meet the clinic's operational needs effectively.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to executive leadership, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Streamline recruitment processes, onboarding, and training programs in collaboration with the HR department.
- Manage the clinic's budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Implement and oversee technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support the clinic's growth trajectory.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare with multi-practice and multi-center spa experience.
- It is essential to have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a corporate setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- The candidate should have a results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a hub environment is necessary, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere.
- Demonstrated ability to scale businesses and navigate challenges associated with growth is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or cosmetic industry setting, managing multi-practice locations.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards is necessary.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reporting is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure are necessary.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in implementing and optimizing technology solutions for operational efficiency is necessary.
