Job description

Thank you for considering Moseley Insurance Group. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Agency Retention Specialist to join our in-house team. You will be responsible for speaking with clients, processing documents, calling insurance companies and calling mortgage companies.

Salary: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Assistance:

Work closely with clients whose home and auto insurance policies are at risk of cancellation.

Provide professional and empathetic assistance to address client concerns and explore alternatives.

Policy Evaluation:

Evaluate the reasons behind potential policy cancellations and determine the best course of action to retain clients.

Analyze client needs and recommend alternative coverage options available through different carriers.

Alternative Coverage Placement:

Collaborate with various insurance carriers to identify suitable policies that meet clients' requirements.

Facilitate the transition process by assisting clients in securing new coverage with alternative carriers.

Customer Education:

Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details to help them make informed decisions.

Provide clear explanations of the benefits and features of alternative policies to ensure client satisfaction.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and the resolution process.

Ensure all necessary documentation is completed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting and claims, to address client concerns and provide comprehensive solutions.

Customer Retention Strategies:

Contribute to the development and implementation of customer retention strategies to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

Must have an active insurance license.

Must have prior experience in a customer facing role.
