Job description
TRACK Timekeeper
This position qualifies $200 signing bonus, up to $50 weekly gas compensation for up to 10 weeks, and a $500 referral bonus for a referral who is placed!
Location: Norco, Louisiana
Pay Rate: $23/hour ($34.50 overtime rate)
Duration: through the end of May
Software: TRACK Timekeeping
Schedule: M-F + OT and weekends as needed / current turnaround schedule: 6/6:30AM - 5/6PM 6-7 days per week
Requirements: TRACK , **TWIC Card, OSHA basic plus, Must pass drug and background check
Job Description:
Seeking a candidate who has strong data entry experience looking for the opportunity to work the Valero turnaround. This is a terrific opportunity for you to bring your experience to a long-term assignment. Opportunity to work a lot of overtime.Not to mention $200 starting bonus!
In this position, you will be responsible for the following duties: ·
Review and document timesheets, production records, and work orders· Calculate time worked and provide time reports to the accounts payable department· Interview employees and contractors regarding their work performance· Assist in payroll processing· Track headcount· Audit timesheets and other documents for irregularities
