In this role, you will be
- Receiving collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department
- Responding to a high volume of emails as assigned to each specialist of assigned customers
- Provide customer service- regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process, and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos
- Working with all internal departments to resolve tax or other discrepancies.
Salary: $22/ hr (contract)
Schedule: Hybrid 3 day onsite T/W/Th, 2 days Remote-M/F

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent - Required!
- 3+ years of collections experience/ AR activities
- Previous experience with Oracle 12
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Strong customer service skills -positive communication and phone demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Skills to be successful in this role - strong follow up skills, attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills, ability to search and organize outlook emails, create folders, and notate in Oracle
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
- The position is subject to passing a background check and drug screen
